Is the inspection free of charge?

Yes, the inspection is 100% Free.

How long will the appointment take?

Generally, the roofing, siding, and window appointments will take 60-90 minutes. 

Do I/we have to be present during the appointment?

Yes, we ask that all project decision-makers be available for our sit-down conversation so that we are on the same page of the project from the start.

Will your representative bring physical samples to our property?

Our representatives will bring physical samples for you to touch and feel. There is a vehicle full of color swatches, sample pieces, and material choices you can see firsthand to visualize your home makeover.

Are we obligated to make any decisions/purchases?

There is no obligation when setting up an appointment. Our replacement and remodeling team will consult with you when we meet.
