Timberlea HOA: Impressed by Knowledge of Multi-Family Property Storm Restoration

Dick Kimmes serves as a Treasurer for Timberlea Homeowners Association in Woodbury, Minnesota. As a professional electrician for 35 years, he has a wealth of knowledge regarding the construction process and has worked with countless individuals in the field. Legacy recently replaced gutters as well as roofing systems for Timberlea properties due to hail damage and longtime weathering of the elements using GAF Timberline High Definition Shingles in Barkwood.

Timberlea’s HOA was extremely impressed with Legacy’s Multi-Facility / Multi-Family Division’s professionalism and storm restoration knowledge as it relates to multi-family properties. Our team met with their board to present a full exterior damage report, explain the insurance claims process, discuss how Legacy approaches large property builds with existing tenants, obtain direction on softscape and hardscape needing additional protection and answer any questions board members may have. The Multi-Family Division met with Timberlea’s assigned Insurance Adjuster and worked diligently to ensure all roofing and gutter components which were damaged and had the potential to negatively impact the integrity of the property were indeed addressed by the insurance carrier.

Recently, Dick sat down with us to share how satisfied himself, the HOA board and tenants were with their Legacy experience. Click to listen to his client testimonial below:
