Adam began his career in property claims and construction management in July 2004 as he was finishing his Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. He started in a customer service and collections role and quickly added sales and claims handling as responsibilities within the first year. Adam began recruiting, training and managing a team of 20+ in 2006 and most recently commanded teams of 30-50 sales reps in 4 states for a national company. With the experience and confidence gained with in sales, Adam’s interest in broadening horizons and starting his own business became a reality in early 2012. Adam began consulting multiple construction companies in sales/marketing operations and property claims.

In addition to sales and marketing, Adam was gaining interest in a niche market for licensed public adjusting. After studying and testing for his public adjuster’s license in Minnesota, Adam received licenses in multiple states and opened a small public adjusting firm in Minnesota. He continued with consulting and public adjusting services for several years until he accepted the Sales Leadership position for Legacy Restoration September 2014. He now holds the title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Legacy.

Prior to his 10+ years in property claims, construction and sales/marketing, Adam was a full-time youth minister for an organization called Young Life in Stillwater, Minnesota. He developed several programs for high-risk youth in partnerships with local churches, alternative schools and a boys’ shelter program. Adam recruited, trained and managed volunteers to help run programs and mentor youth for 5 years. As an undergraduat, he received a Bachelor of Arts in ministry and bible minor from Northwestern College in Roseville, Minnesota.

Adam enjoys working with people most of all – both customers and employees. He is committed to his personal and professional development as well as ensuring the success of those around him. Sales training and personal/professional mentoring are also strong interests.
